RETURN POLICY

As each artwork and object is individually handcrafted, all sales are generally considered final.

According to § 312g Abs. 2 S. 1 Nr. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts involving the delivery of custom-made or personalized goods.

Each piece created by By Lunari is a handcrafted original, individually made for the customer. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our works, returns and exchanges are generally excluded.
