TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Scope

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store in the version valid at the time of purchase.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB).

  1. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products within our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By completing the ordering process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

  1. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown include applicable VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may apply in addition.

Payments can currently be made via:

  • Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard)
  1. Shipping & Delivery

Unless otherwise stated within the product description, all artworks are prepared for shipment within 10-14 business days.

Estimated delivery times may vary between 5-7 business days depending on destination and production volume. During preorder phases or collection launches, delivery times may be extended.

Orders are currently shipped via DHL and Hermes.

Orders are dispatched only after full payment or confirmed PayPal authorization has been received.

All shipments include tracking information.

  1. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of By Lunari until full payment has been received.
